The I98348 - SV1403 Levelling Valve on vehicles with air suspension makes sure that the axle suspension air bags maintain a constant chassis height regardless of the weight of the vehicle. The "Height Limitation" feature on leveling valves prevents the chassis height from being manually raised above a predetermined limit. The driver can pneumatically signal a leveling valve equipped with the "Second Ride Height" feature to raise the chassis to a different ride height.
